Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at krushkhaos@gmail.com before sending any items back. Return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at krushkhaos@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
